Kali Yuga began in 3102 BCE, right after the Mahabharata war. Its total duration is said to be 432,000 years — of which only 5,125 years have passed. As time progresses, adharma (unrighteousness) will intensify, and when this poison becomes unbearable, Lord Kalki will descend, riding a white horse named Devadatta, carrying the torch of Dharma.

The scriptures describe Lord Kalki holding a blazing sword that will destroy adharma. A divine chakra (discus), the symbol of Vishnu’s cosmic consciousness, will adorn His hand. His form will be radiant, pure, and a living embodiment of Dharma. He will take birth in the holy town of Shambhala, in the house of Sumati and Vishnuyasha.

Signs of Kali Yuga – The Soul’s Cry

The defining traits of Kali Yuga mark its spiritual downfall:

• Dharma gradually fades.

• Love, compassion, and service become rare.
• Wisdom diminishes, and souls get trapped in illusion.

When a world burdened by these traits cries out in anguish, the Lord shall manifest again — this is His divine promise.

Lord Kalki will not merely be a warrior, He will be the awakening of higher consciousness. His divine purpose will be to defeat ‘Kali’, the very embodiment of evil and ignorance that has robbed the human heart of its divine light.

He will reestablish truth, love, and compassion ushering in Satya Yuga, the age of truth, where every soul reconnects with the Supreme, and life flows again in harmony with Dharma.

Divine Legacy and Divine Blessings

Lord Parashurama will be His guru, imparting knowledge of both weapons and scriptures. Lord Shiva will bless Him with divine weapons. He will master 64 arts and dive deep into the ocean of Vedic wisdom.

Through His four sons — Jaya, Vijaya, Meghamala, and Balaahak the light of Dharma will continue to shine. He will marry two noble princesses “Padmavati and Ramaa” who will walk beside Him as His spiritual and worldly companions.

The Victory of Kalki and His Return to Vaikuntha

Lord Kalki will destroy the forces of adharma including Koka, Vikoka, and ultimately Kali himself.
These battles will not just be external wars they will be inner wars between the soul and the ego.
With the final victory, a new dawn Satya Yuga will rise upon the Earth.

After fulfilling His divine mission, He will rule Shambhala righteously for a thousand years and then return to His eternal abode Vaikuntha, where He shall reside in eternal peace and bliss.
